Meet the Team

Donna Youngquist

A third-generation builder, Donna built her first home in 1977. Donna started her building career in Grand Island, then moved to Lincoln in 1984. She has since built over 200 homes. She specializes in high-quality custom homes with superior style, design, and a keen attention to the functional details overlooked by others. Donna is easily accessible to clients, day and night, and she is always in touch with contractors, suppliers, and the job site.

Brian Hohensee

Brian is R&D’s project supervisor. You will find him on the job site every day, all day long. He supervises the contractors and suppliers, while communicating regularly with Donna. Brian has a high attention to detail. His experience in construction started at an early age, and he has been building full time since 1984. Brian has been with our team for over 17 years.

Sheila Davis

Sheila has been working with Donna for over 15 years. She handles office details and schedules warranty coverage and follow-ups.

Amy Birkholz

Amy comes from a family of builders and Realtors, and she helps clients with selections to stay on budget and within the home design. Amy has been working with Donna for over four years.
